Assiut National Oil Processing Company (ANOPC) has been established to build and operate Assiut Hydrocracking Complex (AHC Project) which is considered one of the most important national projects in the current period.
AHC is a deep conversion refining plant for processing “bottom of barrel” and fully converting the fuel oil, based on a “zero fuel oil” Euro V configuration.
The company is located in Assiut, Egypt , with an investment cost of more than 3 billion dollars, it will contribute to developing the production capabilities and capacities of petroleum products in Upper Egypt, by converting low-value fuel oil into petroleum products required to meet the local market demands in Upper Egypt.
This strategic national project will achieve benefits and goals from multiple perspectives; economic, social, environmental, safety, occupational health, sustainability, etc.
